Welcome to Profits AI! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Profits AI mobile application ("App"), operated by WOTO DİJİTAL HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use of the App

• Eligibility: You must meet the age and legal capacity requirements described in Section 6.
• Personal Use Only: The App is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• Prohibited Use: You agree not to:
  • Violate any laws or regulations;
  • Infringe on any third-party rights;
  • Upload harmful code or attempt to breach the App's security;
  • Use automated tools or scraping technologies;
  • Misuse the AI features for unlawful or deceptive activity.

3. User Content

• Chart Uploads: You may upload chart images (e.g., crypto or stock charts) to receive AI-generated analysis. These images are temporarily processed and not stored or shared.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for any content you submit. You must not upload any illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to the App, including the AI models and UI/UX design, are owned by WOTO DİJİTAL HİZMETLERİ A.Ş.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal use.
• Restrictions: You agree not to:
  • Reverse engineer, copy, sell, or reproduce any part of the App;
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice;
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your information in accordance with that policy.

6. Age and Legal Capacity

You may use Profits AI only if:

• You are 4 years of age or older.

7. No Financial Advice

The App is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

• We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
• All predictions and insights are generated by AI and are speculative in nature.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and making your own decisions. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from actions taken based on the App's suggestions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will function without errors or interruptions;
• Analysis results will be accurate or reliable;
• The App will be free of malware or vulnerabilities.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or revenue;
• Unauthorized access or alteration of your content;
• Downtime, delays, or disruption of services;
• Errors in analysis or predictions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İstanbul (Çağlayan).
